Mountain Man Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) protein bacon, Ham, Spam, or sausage
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Carton (900g) freeze dried hash browns
  • 10-12 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hot Sauce, Salsa, Salt and pepper to taste

Chili Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

No Mix Dump Cake Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (21 oz each) of your favorite pie filling (such as cherry, apple, or peach)
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced into thin pats
  • Optional toppings: vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or powdered sugar for serving

Ramen Bomb:

“Ramen Bomb” is a term used to describe a creative and often indulgent dish made by combining instant ramen noodles with various other ingredients to create a more substantial meal. Many times mixed with Ramen, Instant Mashed Potatoes, and other vegetables, proteins, sauces and seasonings per the campers taste.

Eggs Erroneous Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Jimmy Dean pork sausage
    9-12 eggs
    3 c. milk
    12 slices of bread
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    Salt and pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Walking Tacos Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bag of your favorite corn chips (such as Doritos or Fritos)
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Diced onions
  • Sliced black olives
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa or hot sauce (optional)
